Simone has been working to develop people and organisations across the globe for over 20 years.
Her experience spans from consulting with Accenture to being a front-line specialist for the United Nations. She is an accomplished coach, facilitator and respected author, brimming with wisdom but forever open-minded. Continuous improvement, enlightenment and psychological mastery are her specialisms.
Expertise
Simone’s expertise lies in strategic organisational and leadership development, coupled with change management. She started her professional career as a consultant for Change Management & Human Performance with Accenture, where she worked with a broad portfolio of clients in a variety of different industries. Simone was Director of People & Organisational Development at Qimonda, a semiconductor manufacturing firm, leading an international team in multiple areas.
Working for the UN in New York and Rome, Simone’s work included being a focal point for donor countries. As a staff counsellor she also provided direct counselling support and crises intervention measures.

Qualifications
- Simone graduated with a MA in Psychology from Westfaelische-Wilhelms-Universitaet in Muenster, Germany. She is a qualified coach (CPCC). Her publications include ‘THE GOLDEN VIEW: The key to self-realization and becoming conscious‘, and ‘How Decisions in Life are Shaping Leadership Journeys with PURPOSE.’
