Natalie has 25+ years experience in Change & Transformation Management as an Organizational Design and Development Specialist.

Natalie has a reputation for delivering Business and HR change using Organisational Design principles, methods and models that identify the need for a change in how an organisation works, the opportunity to build new capabilities and drive cultural change. She has a proven track record for building high performing functions and teams.

Natalie has worked across differing industries/sectors and countries in designing , advising and implementing organisation design and development solutions that align to Operating Models and Business Strategies. These include Pearson, HMRC, A.P. Moller Maersk,  Costa Express, Travelport, Three and Visa Europe.

In terms of style, Natalie is a highly organized, strong communicator who places great value on spending time with stakeholders and has a tenacity and reputation for “making it happen”


Whilst implementing changes in organizational designs, she has partnered with various executives on their people agenda, driving a change in leadership capability, whilst influencing others to commit to a new course of action to embrace change.

Her approach to transformational change is to focus on the whole system, as a practitioner of MBTI, FIRO B, Human Systems Dynamics and Human Synergistics, she ensures that culture, leadership, team and individual development are fundamental elements of change.

As a passionate practitioner, Natalie acts as a coach and mentor to leaders, HR  & Change practitioners to build change capability and will ensure engagement and implementations plans are realistic and aligned to strategy.

Natalie’s range of experience includes working with leaders & teams in defining new operating models, identifying capabilities for investment and shaping programmes of work transitioning from current to future state. This is evidenced across a range of industries including Publishing, Shipping, Financial Services, Rail and Pharmaceutical.
