He is results driven, with a socially responsible core. He is always seeking to understand, challenge, and improve. For the past 15 years he has focused his career on developing people by providing coaching, consultancy and training programs to a broad range of small and medium size private sector organisations and entrepreneurs. He is curious, ambitious and kind, with a desire to help others realise their potential.


As a consultant and trainer, Jean-Christophe provides clients with management and HR advice that is underpinned by research and insights. He has a strong focus on Corporate Social Responsibility and business ethics. He offers leaders alternative approaches for enhancing teamwork and employee commitment by using multimedia tools, creative arts and meditation to great effect. He is also a regular speaker at France Business School (Brest campus) for graduate students in management training.

  • Jean-Christophe holds an undergraduate degree in Theology and Religious Science from the Institut Catholique de Paris, and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Rheims Management School (NOEMA today). He is a certified MBTI level II practitioner with PCC level training from the ICF. In addition, he is a CTT Certified Consultant from the Barrett Values Centre and holds a Diapason license from Cooprex International.
