Helen is an experienced coach, supervisor and facilitator in transitions in career, life and circumstances. In 2021 she started her own business and since then she has been working internationally with clients like Astrazeneca, Aegon, Booking.com, British Gas, Salesforce, NetApp, Apple, Google, Shell, focusing on executive coaching of their senior executives and leaders to foster the cultural transformation in these organisations. Helen is based in the Netherlands.

She loves to challenge her clients and to help them face and overcome difficult conversations and situations. - Helen has an Economics major from Madras University (India), an MBA from XLRI (India) and she is trained by CTI and Coacharya and credentialled PCC and Sr Practitioner coach.
- Helen’s passion is to use the transition to bring out the best in people, exploring what really motivates them, and developing their path forward.
- She working with new incumbents, managers and senior leaders, helping them face challenges and reconnect with purpose, passion and positivity in the midst of uncertainty and even grief.
