After honing her skills in academia she started her own consulting company in 2009 focusing on individual and team coaching, assisting people to become unstuck in order to move forward powerfully in their lives and work.
In addition to working with companies such as Woolworths, Novartis(SA), Nozala Investments, Investec(SA) and Hollard Insurance, Fredelene is an independent Faculty for Henley Business School(SA) and University of Stellenbosch Business School where she focus on leadership development for companies such as Coca-Cola(SA), Volkswagen& Audi(SA), Mercedes-Benz(SA), Toyota(SA), Endeavour Mining(Cote’d’ivoire), Maersk(SA & Kenya), Sanlam Insurance(SA & West-Africa), Absa Bank(SA & Mauritius), Nedbank and Standard Bank,
Fredelene is based in South Africa and works across the rest of the African continent.

Fredelene is an experienced coach and faciliator and accompany her clients on a reflective and introspective inside-out journey of intra-and interpersonal exploration, to foster deep understanding of self, set ambitious legacies and goals aligned with the vision and goals of their companies/institutions.
Practical and relevant strategies for goal attainment are set and executed throughout the coaching journey. Full participation in the coaching journey leads to inspired clients who demonstrates high levels of engagement , motivation, empowerment and self-leadership.

Qualifications
- Fredelene has a Masters degree in Business Leadership(MBL) from School of Business Leadership, Unisa, a Masters degree in Educational Psychology (M.Ed) from University of Stellenbosch, a Honours and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (B.A Hons) from UWC, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education from University of Cape Town.

- Fredelene currently combine her interests in psychology, coaching and strategic business leadership to design customized interventions to assist individuals, teams and companies to work to their full potential.
