Emma Laing

Emma is a highly experienced coach, facilitator, advisor, consultant and author.

For the past 22 years, Emma has worked with senior leaders in Australia and internationally offering executive and group coaching, leadership profiling, team and strategic alignment initiatives, bespoke leadership development programs and innovative cultural transformation initiatives.

Emma’s bespoke initiatives working at the individual, team, and organisational level to create sustained ongoing individual and cultural transformation. In addition to facilitation and advisory work, Emma has over 9,000 hours of coaching and leadership profiling experience, working with C-suite leaders and senior managers to facilitate greater self-awareness, clarity and capacity to move from good to great.

  • Emma has a Bachelor in Behavioural Science, La Trobe University, Advanced Counselling Certification, Executive Coaching Accreditation levels 1, 2 & 3, IECL, Diploma Neuroscience of Leadership, Neurocapability, Appreciative Inquiry Certification, Case Western Reserve University, USA, and is Accredited in range of Leadership, Team & Cultural Assessment tools including The Leadership Circle, Hogan Assessments, Human Synergistics, Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Certified Coach & Global Leader of the Future (GLOF) 360°
