Cyril Legrand

Cyril has co-delivered Oxford Leadership’s core programmes with founder, Brian Bacon, since 2001. A Board member since 2003, Cyril is the co-creator of the popular ‘Leading High Performing Teams’ programme and of the organisation’s Executive Leadership Coaching framework. He built his executive leadership “signature” around the motto: “Be more, Give more, Achieve more”. He lives with his wife and 2 children between Paris and Bangkok. Cyril works in French and English.

Expertise

Cyril have held senior management positions in the consumer-goods sector for over 20 years, especially in Asia. Experienced with business operations in complex multicultural and multidisciplinary environments, he is a recognised global C-Suite consultant and coach on organisation transformation and executive teams transition. He has a unique approach in supporting and sustaining senior executives and their teams to quickly shift mindset and behaviours, transform relationships and conversations for peak and sustainable performances.

Qualifications

  • Cyril holds a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, a Masters Degree in International Trade, a Masters Degree in Strategy & Leadership and an EMBA both from HEC Paris, an MSc in Consulting and Coaching for Change from HEC Paris and Oxford University. He is pursuing his Doctoral research on Coaching & Mentoring at Oxford Brookes, UK on the fields of team coaching, collective intuition and innovation.
