Jean-Christophe is a Fellow of Oxford Leadership.
He is a certified executive coach and facilitator with a background in corporate finance within the metallurgy sector. For the past 10 years he has focused his career on people and management policies by providing coaching, consultancy and training programs to a broad range of small and medium size private sector organisations and entrepreneurs. Based in France, Jean-Christophe works in English, French, German and Castilian Spanish.
As a consultant and trainer in management and HR planning, Jean-Christophe provides clients with strong research work in Corporate Social Responsibility and business ethics. He offers leaders alternative approaches for enhancing teamwork and employee commitment using multimedia tools, creative arts and meditation. He is also a regular speaker at France Business School (Brest campus) for graduate students in management training.
Jean-Christophe holds a University degree in Theology and Religious Sciences from the Institut Catholique de Paris and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Rheims Management School (NOEMA today). He is a certified MBTI practitioner with intensive training in the ICF (International Coaching Federation) core coaching competencies required at professional level. He coaches both individuals and corporate teams.
