Judith is a Fellow of Oxford Leadership.

She is a coach, facilitator and consultant specialising in Leadership Development, Cultural Change and Strategic HR. Judith has over 12 years of international experience in Human Resources within multinational companies such as FrieslandCampina, Axialent and IBM. Judith’s passion is to bring out the best in people, exploring what really motivates them, and developing their path to sustainable growth, success and happiness. People who worked closely with her found her to be very energetic, inspiring and fun to work with. Based in Spain, Judith works in Spanish, Dutch, English and Portuguese.

Expertise
Starting as an HR Business Partner at FrieslandCampina Judith was responsible for translating global business needs into HR practices and policies. From there, she accelerated in change management, defining corporate and business unit strategy, leadership and personal development. Judith gained significant experience in both advising and coaching front-line staff and senior management. After moving to Buenos Aires in April 2006 she worked at Axialent and afterwards at IBM, leading a group of people within the HR Team. In October 2009 she decided to start her own company U-turn Coaching & Personal Development.

Qualifications
Judith has an MBA from IAE Business School in Buenos Aires and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Tilburg (The Netherlands). She is a certified Co-Active Coach trained by CTI.
