TedX: The future of leadership

How should the ‘Future of Leadership’ look like? Eve calls’ it in her TEDx talk the emergent of ‘Evolutionary Leaders’ who have the greater good in mind and not just lead with an agile mindset but also with a care’ship for next generations.

A crucial part of positive change today are playing women and especially mothers, which Eve and her initiative ‘Moms Lead Change’ empower to find their voice and excellence. Eve was an executive in the industry for 14 years before she started her boutique consulting firm ‘Inspiration Without Borders’ which leads managers and organizations through transformation of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. She lives in Düsseldorf and Silicon Valley. Encouraging women to take on more leadership responsibilities – that’s what Eve is promoting with the “Ladies Lead Change” initiative. Eve was an executive in the industry for 14 years and is now internationally active as a leadership coach and expert in strategic organizational development. She lives in Düsseldorf and California. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
