Vivien is a former Managing Director and Country Business Head of the world’s largest marketing research company – ACNielsen based in Hong Kong & China, and the Executive Director of Change Management in Asia Pacific and Head of Retail Bank Marketing for Citibank Hong Kong.
As APAC Executive Director of Change Management, she designed and led global change programs, bringing together diverse business practices and cultures of different acquired companies worldwide to a set of cohesive, consistent culture and practices focused on customer needs.
Vivien is a c-suite level strategy, organizational and leadership development consultant. In addition, she is an executive coach who works with senior executives and teams within leading global and regional organizations. She has a strong focus on leading and enabling change, developing values, vision, purpose and strategies, building people performance and enabling leadership skills, and motivating and turning around teams to achieve peak performance.
