Sheila, a recently retired not-for-profit executive, has used her expertise in coaching C-Suite and Mid-Level management and facilitating and creating business development programs that has provided impact beyond the expectations of her clients. Her work with for-profit and not-for-profit organizations has garnered numerous awards and recognitions throughout the years. Sheila’s recently launched business, The SASH Effect will focus on executive coaching, business coaching and leadership and business development training.

Qualifications
- Sheila has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (concentration Finance) from The Ohio State University, has secured her OCC (Online Coaching Certification from Oxford Leadership in June 2022, is a Kauffman Foundation FastTrac Facilitator since 2008 and certified GrowthWheel Facilitator since 2010.
