Robin Athey
Robin guides leaders through complex change and uncertainty. She inspires them to connect with vision and purpose; to embody natural confidence; to strengthen relationships and create conditions for participative, aligned action; and to transform reactivity into creativity.
She brings 35 years of experience across 27 countries as an executive coach, facilitator, thought leader at Deloitte, Consultant at Kurt Salmon, and VP Global Production & Quality at Cole-Haan (Nike). She lives in Boulder, Colorado, U.S.A.
Expertise
Robin began her career as an engineer and consultant, living and working in Asia, the Americas, Europe and former U.S.S.R.
Her interest in global diversity, culture and change led her to an even greater interest in leadership transformation. For over 25 years, she’s been on a journey exploring how humans sustainably grow their capacity for complexity and uncertainty. Today, she integrates essentials of adult (vertical) development, complexity, purpose, somatics, neuroscience, trauma, and mindfulness into her work with clients. She offers banks to the river of their innate wisdom, guiding them to lead with greater courage & ease.

Qualifications
- Robin has an M.A. International Economic Policy and a B.S. Industrial Systems Engineering from University of Florida.
- She has been a Fellow at Harvard Learning Innovations Laboratory (LILA) and taught the core leadership class for Simmons MBA.
- She teaches Leadership Embodiment and Right Use of Power, and is a practitioner of the Leadership Circle 360, Global Leadership Profile, Somatic Experiencing, NARM, Organic Intelligence, Growth Edge Coaching, Immunity to Change, Purpose Guiding, and Art of Alignment.
- She has been a committed practitioner of meditation and yoga for nearly 30 years.
