Robin Athey

Robin guides leaders through complex change and uncertainty. She helps them to get clear about their purpose, to build trust, to transform reactivity into creativity, and to embody natural confidence. She brings 35 years of experience across 27 countries as a coach, facilitator, thought leader and senior leader.

Her clients have included leaders at ABB, Microsoft, HP, IBM, Google, MIT, Delta Airlines, Eli Lilly, Fujitsu, Banco Santander, Habitat for Humanity, and Girls Scouts USA. She lives in Colorado, U.S.

Expertise

Robin began her career as a consultant, living and working in Asia, the Americas, Europe and former U.S.S.R.

In 1995, she landed in a senior role – and experienced her first mid-life crisis. This led her on a transformational journey through meditation, yoga – adult (vertical) development, somatics, neuroscience, and trauma.

For over 20 years, she has been integrating leading edge practices into her work with leaders in service of sustainable change. Today, she offers banks to the river of her clients’ innate wisdom, guiding them to lead with greater courage & ease.

 

Other Activities
Robin has an M.A. International Economic Policy and a B.S. Industrial Systems Engineering from University of Florida.

She has been a Fellow at Harvard Learning Innovations Laboratory (LILA) and taught the core leadership class for Simmons MBA.

She teaches Leadership Embodiment and Right Use of Power, and practices Leadership Circle 360, Global Leadership Profile, Somatic Experiencing, NARM, Organic Intelligence, Growth Edge Coaching, Immunity to Change, Purpose Guiding, and Art of Alignment.

For 27 years, she has been a committed practitioner of meditation and yoga.
