Coaching is her passion and it has become her way of living. She has strong belief that through coaching people can improve their professional and personal lives. Because of that, she has also started to support the development of the coaching community in Romania. Since 2021, she has been member and active volunteer as Project Leader for ICF Romania. In 2021 she started her own company offering tailor made programs that target to accelerate the personal and professional transformation leaders seek.

- International Certified Coach ACC offered by ICF
