Marina Kapur is a Fellow of Oxford Leadership. She has 30 years’ of experience in both leadership and internal change, and external consulting and coaching.
She has designed, led and been a guardian of strategic initiatives to launch, build, rescue, turnaround and transform businesses and organisations. She has worked extensively with Banking & Financial Services industries as well as the hotel and leisure, retail and professional service industries. Based in the UK, Marina works in English and Hindi.

Qualifications
- A Business Studies graduate from Middlesex Business School (UK), Marina is an accredited consultant and facilitator in Culture Transformation Tools and Team Management & Leadership. She is currently completing ILM-7 accredited Executive & Corporate Coaching diploma.
