Her experience spans diverse fields, such as event, account, and project management, and even hospitality entrepreneurship. Maintaining excellent relationships with her customers and colleagues has been a key aspect of her work philosophy.

María has over fifteen years of international experience, as part of and with clients that range from boutique agencies to Fortune 500 companies, undertaking high level projects which has allowed her to make an incredible impact in the areas of Event and Project Management, Customer Success, and Hospitality.
She has been a foundational part of the success in the delivery of the Be Courageous and Oxford Leadership partnership experiences, both digital and in person. As a gifted facilitator, Maria helps guide the overall participant experiences and brings her magnetic, positive, and courageous energy to every engagement.

Qualifications
- María holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, and is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
- María is also a passionate entrepreneur and is currently bringing her next investment to life - a boutique lifestyle hotel and co-working space, for international travellers and remote workers visiting the Mexico beach coast.
