Najeeb Ahmad is an Associate Partner of Oxford Leadership. He is an organizational, team, and leadership performance consultant, advisor, and coach, committed to improving the world through the power of leaders and teams.
He coaches and works closely with numerous CEOs, senior executives, and leadership teams around the world. His broad portfolio of clients ranges from Fortune 15 to start-ups, from higher-education to NGOs, from biotech to manufacturing, and dozens of private equity portfolio companies.

Najeeb specializes in leadership performance, team optimization, organizational climate change, and aligning people and organizations with strategy. His career has spanned over thirty years across a wide range of organizations, industries, and geographies, working with all levels of management, from the C-suite to the frontline, through significant challenges and transformations.
Najeeb is a Principal and founder of Pennington Human Dynamics, Inc., a global organizational effectiveness consultancy. Prior to Pennington, he led the Human Resources function at Rosetta, a fast-growing marketing strategy and interactive agency, and MediaVest, a premier media agency within the Publicis portfolio. Before that he held various senior HR leadership roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, including leading the talent acquisition functions for the Research & Development and Commercial organizations, as well as HR for the Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Southern African region. He served in senior HR roles at Capital One during its explosive growth phase, including leading the function for IT and Corporate Staff groups and developing a Global Workforce Integration initiative for new market entry. He also served in a regional HR leadership role with the business-to-business division of Office Depot, and held various positions with Mobil Oil Corporation, primarily focused on global talent development.
Najeeb holds an MBA with an international business focus and an MA in Middle Eastern Studies from The University of Texas at Austin, as well as a BA in History from Georgetown University.
