Jean Poteet
In 2016, she was trained by Brian Bacon, chairman and founder of Oxford Leadership, to facilitate workshops focused on helping leaders expedite the merging of Freescale and NXP Semiconductor teams around the globe. After two years of traveling the world, receiving positive feedback from every team she worked with, Jean knew this was something she wanted to pursue. In 2022, Jean became a certified Oxford Leadership coach. She specializes in working with individual leaders and teams who are in a transition period and need help finding and aligning their purpose, values, and vision. Jean is based in the United States.
Outside of her corporate and coaching roles, she is active in the community and has served on several non-profit boards. Jean was a Founding Board Member of Texas Women in Business, and currently serves on the Advisory Board overseeing all Texas chapters.
