Dündar Akın

Dündar is an experienced coach, trainer and consultant specialised in leadership development and positive intelligence. After serving 23 years in The Air Force he retired as full colonel in 2013, then worked as an associate professor at Gedik University till 2015.

Starting from 2013 he has been working as coach, trainer and facilitator with SRL Consultancy in Turkey. He has been working more than 35 prominent companies in Turkey. He is a positive intelligence accredited pioneer coach (CPQC) since 2021. He has focusing on executive coaching and facilitating many leadership programs, also life coaching applying the positive intelligence (PQ) tools. Dündar is based in Turkey.​


Dündar is an experienced coach that has been helping many clients to remember their true self and respond life challenges with positive mind set. Thus, having them to reach their peak performance, having peace of mind and healthy relationships. His passion is to help people to discover their life purpose and empower them by acknowledging and utilizing their sage instead of saboteurs. He utilizes positive intelligence, Oxford Leadership SML Coaching and Coach Training Insttitute (CTI) tools in his coaching according to the clients needs.​

He works in English and Turkish.


  • Dündar has graduated from the Air Force Academy in 1990, had an MBA degree from Atilim University (Turkey) In 2012 and PhD degree on Modern History from Dokuz Eylul University (Turkey). He is a certified Co-Active Coach training by CTI.
  • Dündar applies holistic approach and his passion is to look deep with his intuition. His approach is to detect the root cause and factor analysis of the client’s obstacles on her/his way for their vision. People who worked closely with him found him to be very energetic, inspiring and passionate to work with.
