His area of expertise is in taking a psychological approach with leaders and their teams to achieve meaningful behavioural changes that drive business results. He helps raise awareness of attitudes, assumptions and behaviours and the impact these have on team effectiveness. He is head of coaching programmes for a Dublin university and has contributed to the Practitioner’s Handbook of Team Coaching.

Qualifications
- Colm holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce and a Masters Degree in Accounting from University College Dublin. He has Postgraduate Diplomas in Executive Coaching (DIT, Dublin), Psychology of Executive Coaching (UCD Smurfit Business School, Dublin) and Systemic Team Coaching (AoEC). Colm is currently completing his Doctoral research at Portsmouth University on the contribution of team coaching to team effectiveness, and is also an ICF certified coach (ACC).
