Expertise
As former Chief Learning Officer Angela’s background includes working with CEOs, College Presidents, Senior Managers, High Potential Leaders and Board of Directors to implement Talent Management strategies across global enterprises. She has coached hundreds of leaders with The Center for Creative Leadership. Ms. Airall is the architect of the Duke Leadership Academy building and leading the Executive Coaching Practice at Duke University. At Johnson and Johnson, she pioneered Leader View’s Global High Potential Talent Management strategy. She recently launched the Talent Management Succession Planning strategy at Duke Medicine building the bench for Division Chiefs and Medical Chairs resulting in a stronger female leadership bench.

- Angela is a graduate of the University of Southern California and has an MBA in Marketing from Boston University. She holds numerous Training Program Certifications and is a Graduate of the Executive Management Program at Harvard Business School. Angela is Author of ‘Teams at Work’ published by Pfeiffer & Co and contributing author to ‘Leadership: The Eleanor Roosevelt way’.
