Kyle brings a wealth of experience in innovation, culture change, and business strategy, having guided many Fortune 500 companies through significant transformations. His innovative thinking and approach stem from his research, and practice of courage. He has a proven track record in coaching C-suite executives and facilitating complex global projects to breakthroughs, and has previously partnered with Oxford Leadership and its clients with great success.
