Oxford Leadership is proud to announce the new partnership with Everest Insurance Group and for successfully taking their senior management them through  Module 2 of the Advanced Leadership Programme , designed to drive the global organisational transformation and leadership excellence at the highest levels.

The bespoke programme, developed by Oxford Leadership, kicked off in New York with Module 1: Leading Self, focusing on personal leadership and self-awareness as a foundation for effective team dynamics. The second phase, currently underway in Madrid, introduces The MASTER Code, equipping leaders with the skills to build and leading high-performance teams. The programme will conclude in Paris with Module 3: Leading the Organisation, where participants will explore strategies to strengthen organisational leadership and align teams for purpose-driven success.

This global leadership initiative marks a significant milestone for both Everest Insurance Group and Oxford Leadership as they work together to unlock new levels of leadership potential.
