Former Global Head of Culture at TikTok and CEO Be Courageous Appointed Partners at Oxford Leadership Group

Global Leadership & Coaching Institute, Oxford Leadership has appointed two new Partners. Michal Oshman, former Global Head of Company Culture at TikTok, previously International Head of Leadership Development at Facebook / Meta, joins Oxford Leadership as a Partner and Client Director. As well, transformation guru Kyle Hermans, CEO of the transformation agency Be Courageous, has been appointed Senior Partner and Client Director responsible for US & International clients
