Yvonne is a Fellow of Oxford Leadership.

She has a proven record of expertise with more than 18 years in Human Resources Management, and Leadership Coaching, aligning with corporate strategy to streamline processes, and to capitalize on organizational growth opportunities and individual’s performance. She has experience as an HR Professional, Executive Coach and as a highly skilled Communication and Leadership Trainer. Yvonne focuses on improving the personal development and performances of individuals and teams. She brings energy, to motivate people, to achieve potential and to meet objectives.

Yvonne has conducted leadership, management and communication programmes within a wide range of sectors including retail, finance, legal and hospitality. She has delivered programmes to Executive Management, Junior Management and Teams and to individuals. A strong communicator, Yvonne has a pragmatic approach to her consulting, and displays strong interpersonal, mentoring and organizational skills. Her coaching focuses on leader impact, both the hard skills to understand the context in which they lead and the soft skills to increase their impact and influence to be more successful in their roles.

As well as being a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) CTI, Yvonne is also a Postgraduate of the Professional Trainer/Coach Trainers Academy. She is also a Member of the International Coach Federation and has a BSc in Human Resource Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
