As a coach Yrsa believes that it all comes down to being fully present in the situation and really listening.
“The coach was really professional, supportive, and able to ask the right questions to support me in opening my thoughts. I am notable to find anything to improve. Sessions were intense and after each coaching I was surprised by how much further I was able to go and how much help the coach gave me with that.”
“Knowing that I could completely trust my coach enough to speak about anything was one of the key elements that helped build the great relationship we shared on this journey. The knowledge, thoughts and ideas shared along with the support provided made the experience a very positive one for me.”
“Thank you Yrsa for all the support! I learned a lot and I am now much more confident and also engaged to the company. I really hope there will be an opportunity to continue the coaching with you.”
