Meanwhile already supporting people as manager, colleague and mentor, Yrsa started her coaching career in 2018. Currently she does coaching as freelance on the side of her business role.
Yrsa’s passion is to support people in finding their balance and her coaching style is challenging her clients to finding their full potential through digging within their thoughts, setting targets and clear steps.
As a coach Yrsa believes that it all comes down to being fully present in the situation and really listening.

Although Yrsa has supported people in different layers of the company, she has a special passion for leadership support. Leadership is in the essence of a company and has a huge impact on the organization’s wellbeing.
Customers often find it beneficial that she has a background in business, because she understands challenges in the corporate world, with e.g., financial targets and organizational changes.
She works in English, Swedish and Finnish.
