Teddy is a Fellow of Oxford Leadership.

He is an experienced Consultant, Trainer and Facilitator, and has a passion for helping organisations and leaders to achieve Excellence. He has supported and coached senior leaders through organisational transformation, and has spear-headed implementation of major change initiatives and new ways of working in global enterprises.

Prior to joining Oxford Leadership, Teddy held senior management positions in the consumer-goods, IT and Automotive sector for over 20 years living in the U.S.A, Germany and the Netherlands. Experienced with business operations in complex multicultural and multidisciplinary environments, he has a capacity within Strategy Deployment, Business Excellence and Organisational Development. He is a trusted advisor and coach for senior executives when introducing new mind-sets, behaviours and performance structures.
