Energy: Alder Energy, a process technology and project development company in the advanced, low-carbon transportation. The Company has acquired breakthrough technology for the upgrading of fast pyrolysis oil into green crude. Alt Air the world’s first commercial bio jet fuel refinery with the US Department of Defense and United Airlines.

Robert Lavia was Chief Investment Officer for Veremonte, a private equity & investment company headquartered in London.

Prior to his role at Veremonte, Mr. Lavia worked as a private developer bringing together private equity, hotel companies, and international developers to create unique hospitality platforms in Central and South America for many of the leading hotel brands.

Robert Lavia’s roots are in the entertainment, theme park and real-estate industries. For more than 4 decades the Lavia family ran one of the largest circuses in Latin America and acclaimed theme park companies in Europe.
