Richard is an acclaimed expert on Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Change Management. He has experience in strategy development, leadership development, coaching, project management, restructures, rightsizing and more.
He is skilled in working with individual and group dynamics and has also facilitated group processes and workshops. Richard has been a member of numerous leadership teams and worked with and coached managers and directors over the past 15 years, often in diverse teams spanning over several countries.
He is a positive, genuine and energetic resource with a deep understanding of leadership and what makes effective, sound and sustainable leaders.
Richard is a graduate from the Swedish Air Force Academy and has in addition to this a Master’s Degree in Political Science and Economics.
