Nathalie is a Fellow of Oxford Leadership.

Her background is with the heavy industry and building materials sectors. She specialises in Communications, HR and Change Management. She now supports organisations through strategic processes and the creation of a strategic vision with all employees. She helps organisations adapt to new challenges, communicating to teams a vision of change and innovation that is understood by all. Based in France, Nathalie works in French, Portuguese and English.

Nathalie spent 14 years in the field of Internal Communications and HR within some of the leading companies in the Building Materials Sector. She has delivered many in-house communications and change management processes and programmes at a subsidiary of Saint-Gobain Group. She also worked on strategic alignment at Keyria, a division of Legris Group, specialising in automated industrial systems for the heavy clay industry and engineering of turnkey plants producing construction materials. She focuses her skills on the development of collaborative methods within organisations, based on “co-creation processes” to efficiently lead this change.

Nathalie holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management and Corporate Strategies from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC). In addition, she is a certified professional coach with the International Coach Centre (ICC).
