Monika is a Fellow of the Oxford Leadership.

She has 17 years of business experience in multinational organisations such as; Japan Tobacco, Pepsi Co, Reckitt Benckiser, and Tetra Pak. Monika has spent the majority of her career leading HR departments, but she has also spent time as a Key Account Manager where she co-created standards of best practice. Based in Poland, Monika works in Polish and English.

Monika has worked in strategic and organisational development. She has experience in change management, company mergers, and also in the creation and implementation of a variety of organisational processes. Her strength has been in development of managers and leaders, especially in the area of high performance people management and communication between people and departments. Since early 2008, Monika has been involved with individual and team coaching, training and mentoring.

Monika is a member of International Coaches Federation (ICF) and has been a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). Since 2012. She is also a member of Co-Active Coaches Society created in Poland. She has completed an Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) programme, which qualifies her to coach teams and relationships. She has also graduated in Coaching Supervision run by the Academy of Executive Coaching based in the UK.
