Kristina is a Fellow of Oxford Leadership.
She is an Executive Coach, Workshop Leader, Facilitator and Trainer. In her work, Kristina works with teams to simplify the process of implementing company Change Strategies. Kristina coaches leaders who often, but not always, have widely differing business and cultural contexts. The main focus is to influence work at all levels to improve the quality of leadership and business performance. Based in the Netherlands, Kristina works in Dutch, English and Swedish.
Since 2012 Kristina has been responsible for creating and leading the Mentorship Programme for The Swedish Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands. Having worked and lived in numerous countries such as Sweden, the United States, England, Germany and Holland, Kristina has developed a natural connection to operating within diverse and dynamic organisations from all over the world. Prior to becoming a coach Kristina worked for various companies from local Entrepreneurial Businesses to Multinational Corporations which included Gartner and Cisco where she was part of the international sales teams.
Kristina holds a BA (Hons) in International Business from the European Business School in London. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the ICF-accredited Coaches Training Institute for whom she also works as an Executive Coach. Furthermore; she is certified in the Leadership Circle.
