In 2009 she started her own business and since then she has been working internationally with clients like Telefónica, Santander, Sodexo, Everis, Shell, Makro, Givaudan, Ferrovial, Sacyr, Marfrig, Roche, Novartis, Aegon, FrieslandCampina, etc. focusing on executive coaching of their senior executives and facilitating many leadership programs to foster the cultural transformation in these organisations. Judith is based in Spain.
Judith’s passion is to bring out the best in people, exploring what really motivates them, and developing their path to sustainable growth, success and happiness.
