Henrik is a Fellow of Oxford Leadership.

Henrik has over 14 years of experience in creating, designing and guiding leadership training tailor-made for global companies. With insight, wisdom and humour, he challenges existing perspectives and facilitates more expansive understanding. Based in Sweden, Henrik works in Swedish, German and English.

Bringing together his military and consultancy experience, Henrik designed and implemented the UL Facilitator Course (Transformational Leadership – Train the Trainers Course) for the Swedish National Defence College. He teaches and coaches individuals, executives and small management groups in the art and practice of learning and awareness. In his work, Henrik concentrates on helping people see clearly, adapt and thrive within the process of change.

Henrik studied Leadership and Management at the Swedish National Defence College.
