Henri is a Fellow of Oxford Leadership and has been working in HR strategic and people development roles in Europe and Australia for 25 years.
His passion and focus are in transformational coaching and leadership development.
Henri’s background is in human resources management, covering a large number of roles including talent acquisition and career development, compensation & benefits, resource planning, internal communication, change management, and international mobility.
He has managed teams of up to 25 reporting staff, and performed in various industries including banking, telecom, entertainment, FMCG, B2B IT consulting, legal, and luxury. He has lived and worked in Belgium, France, Australia, Italy, Spain and Switzerland.
Corporate roles have included Worldwide Talent Management Director at Gucci and HR Development Director at Louis Vuitton South Europe.
Henri’s expertise lies in developing and engaging leaders in dynamic and fast-changing environments, in cross-cultural and complex company structures, and he helps them to achieve their goals in alignment with their business strategy.
Henri has a Masters Degree in Romance Philology from the Catholic University of Leuven, and a Masters Degree in Human Resources from the Université Saint-Louis of Brussels.
He is a certified practitioner in Myers Briggs Type Indicator and 360 Degree Feedback, and has undertaken several modules in the application of NVC (Non Violent Communication) at the Association pour la Communication Non Violente in Paris.
Henri works in English, French, Italian and Dutch.
