Greg is Programme Director, Digital Transformation at Oxford Leadership.

He is an acclaimed business author, speaker and facilitator who has delivered more than 400 talks to executive audiences around the world. He focuses on helping leaders and organisations thrive in a world of accelerating change – through creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial spirit. He is an associate programme director and lecturer at the London Business School where he founded the Centre for Creative Business in 2004. Greg is a regular Forbes contributor – his work has appeared on BBC World News and in The Financial Times, among others.


Led global organisational change programmes in automotive, manufacturing, FMCG, advertising, media and technology.Facilitated the consolidation of 29 multi-branded companies (combined revenues of £1bn) under for Randstad Group.

Result: significant improvement in performance and marketing ROI. 

Delivered a leadership programme for the top 300 of Faurecia Group, a global automotive business.

Result: a transformational shift in culture, customer-focus and innovation.

Advised on a strategic review of an international HR services business. Result: the acquisition of a major rival and the creation of a new Plc.


Greg holds an MBA from London Business School (2002).

His book The Human Edge: how curiosity and creativity are your superpowers in the digital economy (Pearson, 2019) was named as the Business Book of The Year 2020 and is being translated into Chinese Vietnamese and Korean. Greg’s acclaimed first book The Spark: How to Ignite and Lead Business Creativity (FT Publishing, 2014) is available in English and a Chinese translation.

Greg holds the ‘Coaching for Organisation Consultants’ qualification from Ashridge Business School.
