Graham knew exactly when to push people to open up, but equally important, he knew when to allow people time to understand their feelings in quite an emotionally charged course. I was lucky enough to have the privilege of working with Graham on a number of 1:1 coaching sessions after the course and in all of these, Graham was highly professional, insightful and genuinely interested. I hope to be able to work with Graham again in the future as he really helped me to improve as a leader and indeed as a person.
