Gonzalo has a wealth of experience in the field of advertising, in Yellowstone and Lintas Worldwide (McCann Erickson Group) and in the field of optics (Optica 2000). His experience in the advertising world, as General Manager and member of the Board of Directors, was developed primarily in the sectors of Automobile (Renault, Honda), Pharmaceutical (Bayer), Food (Ato, Gallina Blanca, Royal, Unilever), Electronics (Sony, Technics, Panasonic), Beverage (Martini), and Bathroom (Roca). In the past eight years, Gonzalo refocused his career to the field of consulting, executive coaching, and leadership. Based in Spain, Gonzalo works in Spanish, Dutch, English and Portuguese.
Gonzalo’s passion is developing the talent and character of the managers as leaders, enabling them to inspire and influence people. Gonzalo is a certified coach with CTI (The Coaches Training Institute) in Executive coaching and CRR (Center for Right Relationships) in Relationship and Team coaching, having completed his certification with the ICF (International Coach Federation) with the degree of PCC (Professional Certified Coach). He has enriched his tools as a coach and leadership trainer, with training in the fields of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Gestalt Psychotherapy, Bioenergetics and Personal Development.
