Fredrik is a strategist with broad functional experience. He has worked with building teams, launching operations and Go-To-Market initiatives and driving sales in international IT companies Cisco, Juniper and IBM. Fredrik led the expansion of a Cisco sales team from 8 to 65 people, was a strategy consultant for Telefonica CZ’s executive committee and co-founded a management consulting company in IT Service Management. He is an experienced coach that has worked with corporate leaders and entrepreneurs across many industries. Fredrik’s entire career has been international multi-cultural organizations and he has lived abroad over 15 years.

Qualifications
Fredrik holds an MSc in business administration, is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), and is certified on the Leadership Circle 360 Profile and Harthill’s Leadership Development Framework.
