Erika is a Fellow of Oxford Leadership.
She has extensive experience in management consulting and training as well as global team development and executive coaching. Erika’s career has included managerial roles in national and international organisations, including IBM, Nuemann and since 2004, founding and leading her own company. Based in Austria, Erika works in English and German.
Expertise
In her work, Erika focuses on organisation consulting, process facilitation, executive coaching, intercultural training/diversity and team development. She is particularly interested in supporting senior managers in their decision making process, sustaining their learning and development, and facilitating change processes. Her main line of action is to reactivate available resources, mobilise existing talent, bundle the energy available and tap in to potential. Erika successfully combines good business sense with a profound knowledge of the individual and what it takes to succeed
Qualifications
Erika holds both a Ph.D. with honours and a Masters in Philosophy from the University of Vienna, as well as having completed research at UC Berkeley.
