Elena is a Fellow of Oxford Leadership.

Elena is an Executive Coach, Trainer, Facilitator and Consultant, with a solid business expertise and broad international experience in HR and Organizational Development. She partners with individuals, teams, business schools, and leading corporations across industries and around the world, to design and facilitate learning experiences in areas such as: High Performing Teams, Human Potential and Collective Intelligence, System Dynamics, Change Management, Cultural Integration, and Experience Design.

Expertise
Elena has managed cross-functional projects spanning over 29 countries, and has gained a sound expertise in the Employee’s life cycle, also in times of internal reorganizations, M&A processes, and change initiatives. With over a decade of global experience, Elena empowers her clients to unlock and leverage their own capacity for reflection, change and self-renewal. Among her clients and ongoing collaborations, Elena is an Executive Coach at INSEAD, Guest Lecturer at Lehigh University (USA), and Global Trainer at Ferrari.

Qualifications
Elena studied at Cà Foscari (Italy) and at the Otto Friedrich Universität (Germany), earning a master’s degree in Business Administration and Management. She holds a specialization in General Business and HR Management, and another in Marketing and Social Media (UCLA). She is certified Executive, Leadership and Transition Coach through the Hudson Institute (USA), and PCC credentialed by the ICF. She is a certified Facet5 and Myers Briggs (MBTI) practitioner, and alumna of the College of Extraordinary Experiences.
