Dominique has held management positions in tech services sector for 10 years. She is recognised global consultant and coach on TransforC-Suitemation programmes with a digital strategy. She supports Executive Committees in defining priorities, sharing strategic vision and team-building on an action plan.She has developed an expertise in steering management programmes such as supporting commercial and HR teams into digitalisation practices : new roles, collaborative work practices, innovation in client experience.. She trains teams in digital “know-how-to-be” to enhance career and management know-hows. She is a mentor for many incubators and startups such as Orange, HEC@StationF.

Qualifications
Dominique is a graduate of HEC Paris . She holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics. She is a certified Coach and Trainer (International Mozaïk and International Coaching Federation).  She also is a certified Practionner in Appreciative Inquiry and in NLP. She has an Independent Administrator Certificate in HR from Essec.
