Daniel is a Fellow of Oxford Leadership.
With 15 years consulting experience, Daniel has delivered the SML Program to more than 900 people and has also led the Train the Trainer program to 120 managers within Makro Spain and Portugal. He is a founder of Logros, an NGO devoted to the generation of organic vegetable gardens in rural schools. Based in Uruguay, Daniel works in Spanish and Portuguese.
Daniel has developed in-house executive training programmes in business management, sales and negotiation processes, customer service quality, motivation and team work, crucial conversations and persuasion areas for training activities across South America. In Association with AchieveGlobal, Daniel is a trainer in the PSS 2000 sales process and in HBS Professor James Austin’s case method writing. He holds a Harvard Business certificate in training from Boston. He is also a certified Ontological Coach from the Newfield Network.
Daniel holds an Agronomical Engineering degree from the University of the Republic of Uruguay and a degree in Marketing from the Catholic University of Uruguay. Additionally, he is a Professor at various institutes and universities. He is also certified as a trainer in Appreciative Inquiry by Wetherhead School of Management, Case University, Cleveland Ohio.
