Christophe is a Fellow of Oxford Leadership.
He is an organisational consultant, executive coach and group facilitator. Throughout his 20-year career as a management consultant in Europe and Asia, Christophe has acquired tremendous experience through his work in large organizations in various sectors and areas of expertise. More specifically, he specializes in strategic, process improvement and organizational change initiatives. His primary sectors of intervention are professional services, manufacturing, financial/insurance, and private/ public healthcare sectors in Asia. Christophe is based in Singapore.

Christophe coaches individuals and also management teams, delivering leadership programs to large and medium sized fi rms in the US, Europe and Asia. He aims to enhance the individual and the teams’ positive overall impact on the organizations performance.
He is passionate about combining proven coaching approaches: one holistic and which considers all dimensions impacting on all of us as human beings; the other is more results focused and leverages a stakeholdercentred approach around the leader as support mechanism. This approach dramatically improves the opportunity for change, and enables measurable and observable progress and improved outcomes.
Qualifications
Christophe holds an Electrical Engineering Master Degree from INSA, France and an MBA in Finance from, EMLYON, France. He is also an Executive Master in Coaching and Consulting for Change, INSEAD, Singapore and is a Certified Integral Coach, New Ventures West, US. He is certified in the Stakeholder-Centred Coaching Approach with Marshall Goldsmith and has a one year Gestalt group dynamics advanced certificate.
