Bo Heimann is a Fellow of Oxford Leadership.


Bo is committed to supporting organisations and individuals in their personal growth through self-awareness, creating a Leadership Culture from the inside out.

Since 2004, Bo has been an independent consultant, executive coach and trainer, designing and leading workshops in the field of ‘Inner Leadership’, Communication, and Personal Power. In addition, he has helped leaders across a variety of industries within the public and private sector with one-to-one coaching. Originally a journalist, he went from the media world to public relations, to the position as Head of Press in Denmark’s second largest telco, serving as interim President of Communications. He has written eight books in the area of consciousness-development (all published in Danish) and has studied NLP and Psychotherapy.

Bo holds an MA in Leadership & Organisational Psychology and a BA in Journalism. Being at the forefront of leadership development. Bo made Otto Scharmers ‘Theory U’ the subject for his Master thesis, completing his MA in Leadership and Organisational Psychology.

Bo is accredited in Mindfulness, TetraMap, Emotional Intellegence, Situation based leadership, spiral dynamics and DISC.
Based in Denmark, Bo works in Danish, English, Swedish and Norwegian.
