Bettina is Fellow of Oxford Leadership.

She is co-founder of Samastah, a platform that offers ad-hoc solutions to achieve self-balance, an executive coach, and a speaker of the agency Thinking Heads. In addition, Bettina has over fourteen years of experience in the financial sector as an investment fund manager in different organisations including at Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan Asset Management in Madrid and London, with access to top management of Spanish and European companies of diverse industries. Based in Spain, Bettina works in Spanish and English.

Leveraging her experience as an Executive Coach and Entrepreneur with her Investment Banking career, Bettina has developed proprietary methodologies related to stress management, motivation and leadership skills, helping to focus and align vision, mission and values of management and corporations, enabling transformation and meaningful success. Previously she co-founded Acumen Gestión, a social sustainable venture capital firm, and worked in Belgravia Capital, an asset management start-up firm.

Bettina holds a Degree in Business Administration and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She is fluent in Spanish, German, English, French and Portuguese. Bettina trained in Neuro-linguistic programming and Coaching at the NLP Academy in London with John Grinder (co-creator of NLP). In addition she is a yoga teacher at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta centre, where she has been practicing yoga and meditation for eleven years.
