She has held senior management positions within the technology industry where she has demonstrated her experience in developing high performing teams and managing complex, cross-border businesses.
Australian by nationality, Alex has lived in Singapore for over 25 years with her husband, and 2 children.
As a Leadership Coach, Alex is able to combine her rich and diverse work experience, cross-cultural attunement, business acumen and her deep passion for helping business leaders and their teams understand what motivates and inspires them and ultimately achieve breakthroughs in personal and professional performance.

Alex holds an Executive Masters in Coaching & Consulting for Change from Insead, a Masters of Management from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management. She is a certified Solution Focused Practitioner in Coaching and a Mindfulness Practitioner. Currently, Alex is undertaking her Masters in Counselling.
She is certified in a range of psychometric instruments including Hogan, MBTI, LSI, FiroB, Workplace Big Five, Voices, Global Leadership Profile, Campbell Leadership Index, Situational Leadership II® and a range of 360 assessments.
