Brian Bacon is the founder of the Oxford Leadership Academy™. He has been a special advisor to the UN Secretary General, Prime Ministers, Presidents and Heads of State and a leading consultant to the CEOs and top management of several multinational corporations including Unilever, Telefónica, AkzoNobel, Ericsson, Coca-Cola, Barclay's, McDonald's, HSBC, Metro AG, BASF, NXP, Sandvik, GE, SAAB, British Aerospace and Volvo.

He is the creator of one of the world's most successful leadership development programmes with over 200,000 alumni from over 90 countires.

He is former President of the World Business Academy in Washington, visiting scholar at the International Institute of Labour Studies in Geneva and member of the EU international think tank on Social Cohesion.  He has been an advisor to the Swedish Government on the modernisation of the Minustry of Foreign Afairs for over a decade.

He is a celebrated speaker on the international circuit on the subjects of leadership, culture change and the role of business in society. He is an internationally-recognized expert in organizational revitalization and has supported over 30 large corporate turn-arounds.

He has been an advisor in innovation and organizational reform to the Governments of Australia, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Thailand and Sweden. He was a special advisor to President Fox of Mexico in leadership and government reform and an advisor to the UN Department of Political Affairs.

He is a Member of the Global Leadership Council of Michel Nobel Harriet Fulbright Institute of Business Technology Management in USA, and a Member of the Advisory Board of European Management Institute, London and a member of the International Advisory Board of the Club of Budapest.

He is an Australian Citizen residing in the UK and USA.
