Oxford Leadership Development Programme

Key Goal Organisation-wide process for personal and corporate turnaround and revitalisation.
Participant Profile Individuals with managerial and executive responsibilities.
Programme Length Can be conducted as a 1, 2 or 3 day residential retreat or in separate modules with a professional facilitator. Support of an experienced academy coach continues for 90 days after you have completed the leadership development retreat.
Programme Structure

The Oxford Leadership Development Programme consists of three parts, the second and third parts of the course are tailored to the needs of the organisation following the outcome of the self diagnostic assessment during part one.

  1. Self Diagnostic Assessment - Self evaluation survey of your present position to identify personal and team strengths, weaknesses, blocks and barriers.
  2. Self-Managing Leadership® Retreat - Deep reflection, emotional intelligence with a blend of tutorials, 'reflective inquiry' and interactive workshops. All designed to help you re-focus on the few things that will make the biggest difference.
  3. Co-Pilot 90 day Support - Work with an experienced coach to help you stay on track with your action plan and remain focused on your new leadership goals.
