MASTER Executive Development Workshop

Key Goal This one-day workshop for managers and executives draws upon the leadership consultancy experience of Brian Bacon with some of the world's top business and government leaders to reveal the secrets of effective execution - the art of getting things done. The goal is to take attendees beyond the more obvious management techniques and work with the subtle and substantive drivers of people's engagement, commitment and accountability. The workshop emphasises the building blocks of effective execution, shows how to define a leader's personal focus and engage the right people in the right conversation at the right time about the few things that make the biggest difference.

MASTER® Programme Benefits

Benefits to the individual Participants conceive and shape executable strategies that people understand and can work with. In particular MASTER helps them to avoid the 'Frisbee Syndrome' - strategies so abstract they simply fly over people's heads. MASTER identifies how to have the right conversations with the right people at the right time about the few things that make the biggest difference.
Benefits to the organisation MASTER helps an organisation develop leaders with the ability to convert strategies into concrete goals and specific actions with clear accountabilities. It enables managers to create a sense of purpose, belonging and commitment amongst people.
